Kelly Princess Shungu is an Engineer and the founder and host of the Women in STEM Podcast — a platform dedicated to amplifying the stories of women across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
What began as a way to connect women in her local community has grown into a global movement, reaching listeners in over 60 countries across 8 seasons and 80+ episodes. Kelly has built a community of 5,000+ women in STEM and founded the Women in STEM Community, a non-profit continuing that mission at scale.

Kelly organised and hosted a sold-out flagship event at the prestigious Somerset House in London, drawing 80+ attendees from across the UK. A full-day immersive experience designed to educate, connect and inspire women in STEM — featuring live panel discussions, interactive workshops, and a live podcast recording.
